Bryan M. Krupin
Co-Managing Partner

Bryan Krupin brings over a decade of insurance and estate planning experience to his role as co-founder and managing partner of Gilbert-Krupin Insurance and Estate Planning.

Bryan focuses on the evaluation of product suitability, premium adequacy and policy design, in addition to providing clients with optimal insurance and estate planning ideas. He also oversees the implementation of succession and wealth transfer plans for all of the firm’s clients.

Bryan began his professional career working with his father, Michael J. Krupin, at Krupin Associates in Richmond, Virginia. Since spearheading the merger of Krupin Associates with his father and Dennis Gilbert in 1996, the firm’s profits have increased 50-fold.  Today, Bryan counts leading entertainers, business professionals and sports celebrities amongst his clientele. In 2009, Bryan was one of the recipients of Advisor Today’s “Four Under Forty” award, whereby only 4 advisors under the age of 40 are chosen throughout the nation. (The magazine is the official publication of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.)

Bryan remains at the forefront of insurance industry trends through speaking engagements and his involvement in key industry organizations, including: the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT), Top of the Table (TOT), the Advanced Association of Life Underwriters (AALU) and the International Forum.   He serves on several committees for insurance carriers and advises numerous organizations on product development and insurance regulation, in order to be a strong advocate for clients who most benefit from the products created.  Bryan commits Gilbert-Krupin resources to more than 30 days per year in continuing education for industry professionals.

An active member of the community on both coasts, Bryan serves on the board of the Krupin Foundation, which supports causes from education to healthcare and cancer.  He also belongs to the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), and is active with the alumni association of Roanoke College.

A Virginia native, Bryan lives in Manhattan Beach, Calif., with his wife, Zena, and two children, Harrison and Tatum.  Bryan earned a B.A. in sociology from Roanoke College, where he was on the tennis team, and is a member of Manhattan Beach Country Club where he still enjoys playing competitive tennis.
